Transcriptomic Analysis Provides Insights into Anthocyanin Accumulation in Mulberry Fruits

چکیده
Mulberry fruits are rich in anthocyanins, which important secondary metabolites that give mulberries their bright color, favorable taste and high nutritional quality, making them a popular fruit. However, few studies have focused on the molecular mechanism underlying anthocyanin accumulation gene regulatory networks of biosynthetic pathways remain largely unknown. In this study, we performed RNA sequencing to identify differentially expressed genes (DEGs) associated with between two mulberry genotypes (‘Zi Jing’, ZJ ‘Zhen Zhu Bai’, ZZB, purple white fruit flesh, respectively) at 5, 18, 27 31 days after flower. Using transcriptome analysis, explored several key DEGs involved pathway, including structural genes: CHS, CHI, F3H, DFR1, DFR2 ANS, known as MBW complex MYB (M.alba_G0017209), (M.alba_G0017689), bHLH (M.alba_G0012659), (M.alba_G0009347) bHLH3 (M.alba_G0016257) ethylene response factor: ERF (M.alba_G0016603). Of these, changing trends related expression pattern content showed most positive correlation post-flowering stage both genotypes. Our results indicated enhances fruits. Furthermore, qRT-PCR was confirm above-mentioned genes’ (except for (M.alba_G0017689) significantly up-regulated under treatment 300 mg/L. These findings help uncover pathway will contribute engineering purposes future breeding programs.

Pecan (Carya illinoinensis), as a popular nut tree, has been widely planted in China in recent years. Grafting is an important technique for its cultivation. For a successful grafting, graft union development generally involves the formation of callus and vascular bundles at the graft union. To explore the molecular mechanism of graft union development, we applied high throughput RNA sequencing...

UNLABELLED BACKGROUND The lack of sequenced genomes for oleaginous microalgae limits our understanding of the mechanisms these organisms utilize to become enriched in triglycerides. Here we report the de novo transcriptome assembly and quantitative gene expression analysis of the oleaginous microalga Neochloris oleoabundans, with a focus on the complex interaction of pathways associated with...
متن کاملA Comparative Genomic and Transcriptomic Survey Provides Novel Insights into N-Acetylserotonin Methyltransferase (ASMT) in Fish.
Melatonin is a multifunctional bioactive molecule that plays comprehensive physiological roles in all living organisms. N-acetylserotonin methyltransferase (ASMT, also known as hydroxyindole O-methyltransferase or HIOMT) is the final enzyme for biosynthesis of melatonin. Here, we performed a comparative genomic and transcriptomic survey to explore the ASMT family in fish. Two ASMT isotypes (ASM...
متن کاملInsights from cerebellar transcriptomic analysis into the pathogenesis of ataxia.
IMPORTANCE The core clinical and neuropathological feature of the autosomal dominant spinocerebellar ataxias (SCAs) is cerebellar degeneration. Mutations in the known genes explain only 50% to 60% of SCA cases. To date, no effective treatments exist, and the knowledge of drug-treatable molecular pathways is limited. The examination of overlapping mechanisms and the interpretation of how ataxia ...
